1. What ScapeXpert actually do?

ScapeXpert is an online landscaping service provider connecting people who needs landscaping services in Malaysia. We provide free garden landscaping information on our pages and helping our interested visitors to contact our landscape architects, designers, landscapers and nurseries in our network for an one-stop solution of landscaping consultation, design, build and maintenance services.

2. I need quotation for landscaping services, how to contact ScapeXpert?

You can make inquiries or quotation request using our Contact Form. Fill in the details as required in the form and click ‘Submit’.

3. Why ScapeXpert is not providing telephone contact to make inquiries?

Inquiries coming to ScapeXpert are very important as most of them are quotation request. Information of quote request is effectively best in written text compared to verbal communicated as on phone calls. We can not jeopardize any lost of information provided by our requestor during information transfer to our landscapers or designers. We will only proceed to contact you via telephone after receiving your request from our inquiry form or email.

4. I have submitted my inquiry form, then what should I do next?

You will receive a copy of your inquiry at your inbox of the email address that you provided. Please do check your junk/spam box if you do not see it in the inbox, this can happen if your email provider are in higher security mode. To avoid fraud, our support team will contact you via telephone to understand more and confirm the validity of your inquiry. Once we have confirmed information, our landscapers will contact you directly to make appointment.

5. When will I get a reply from ScapeXpert after I submitted my inquiries?

We work our best effort to make our first contact back to you as soon as on the same day of your inquiry submission, during working hour of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, otherwise we usually will contact you within 3 working days due to certain circumstances. Inquiries submitted on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday will be revert on the following Monday or working day.

6. Are you charging any fees for consultation?

No. Consultation is free during on-site visit.

7. Do you charge for any design fees?

Yes & No. Our designers provide optional to our clients. You can choose to have professional design using 3D software for better  visualization on presentation which required some minimum design charges or, you can still get free design using simpler software or sketches if you do not need detail design visualization.

8. Can I get the quote as it is just small work on the garden?

Yes. We do quote for small garden work. But if the work are too simple for landscaper, we might advice you for other possible options.

9. I just want to plant grass, will you have someone do it?

Yes. We do grass planting. Depending on area of size and type of grass, we might advice you for other possible options.

10. Is there any charges before committing?

No. Unless you agreed to use the paid design service which you will need to pay the design charges upfront, otherwise if you are using the free design option, you will only being charge as agreed between you and our landscaper.

11. Do I need to pay for an on-site visit and ideas?

No. On-site visit is part of our free service to our clients. During on-site visit, our landscaper or designer will also provide free consultation and recommending ideas.

12. I just want some information about landscape. Will you be able to provide it to me?

We have most of the basic information on our website pages and posting, please feel free to read through our website. If you still can’t get the information that you looking for, you can send email to us directly. We will help you as much as possible.

13. I want you to come take a look at the site today/tomorrow and give me a quote immediately, can you do that?

We always make our best effort to make it happen on such short notice request, but it is still depend on our landscapers availability. Usually, allowing at least 2 days advanced notice making appointment with landscapers will be good.

14. How much should I invest in landscaping of my new house?

Knowing that an attractive landscaping will increase your home’s value, and dramatically enhance your use and enjoyment of your property, it is always one of the most difficult question when budgeting on how much to spend on this kind of home improvement.

Some sources recommend investing 5% to 10% of your home’s present value on landscaping but the fact is, a good landscape designer can help you achieve significant improvements on virtually at any size budget. The important thing is to decide ahead of time what your realistic budget is, and discuss this with our designer/landsacper so that they can design for that amount.
